Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@ettaluxe.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  3. Pack and Ship: Place the item(s) in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at the nearest shipping carrier location.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
