We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. -

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day free return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ettaluxe.com. -
How do I return an item?
To return an item:- Contact us at support@ettaluxe.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) securely, attach the return label, and drop the package off at the nearest shipping carrier location.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider. -
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. -
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ettaluxe.com. We will provide a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. -
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the USA. -
